Describing the "chaotic state" of their plans to relocate and weighing the options of New York and Boston; mentioning obligatory family visits, including one to Norwich, and a visit with Hubert Brown at his farm house in Redding; discussing preparations towards his plans to go into business with Brown; indicating that "B. B." [Bryson Burroughs?] will be paying a visit; expressing his wish to develop a publication project with him [Kent] but declaring himself, at present, an unfit partner.
